Can I buy just one product?
Yes. Every product stands alone. Scheduling, Commerce, and Library each have their own pricing, so start with the one you need most and add the others whenever you're ready.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every product has a free tier you can use with no card, and your public Sites page is free with every account. You only enter a card when you decide to move up to a paid plan.
How does the Commerce fee work?
Two ways, and you switch between them anytime. Pay as you go is $0 a month with a flat 5% on sales, capped at $39 a month. Pro is $19 a month with 0% on sales. The break-even is around $380 a month in sales, and the app tells you when the other mode would be cheaper so you're never on the wrong one.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing gives you at least two months free on every product. Scheduling and Commerce Pro save you exactly two months when you pay yearly, and Library annual saves even more, about 24% off the monthly rate.
Will prices change after I sign up?
Founder pricing protects you. The $9 seat price is locked for life for anyone who signs up now, and existing accounts are grandfathered through any future price change: the price you start on is the price you keep. The $39 Commerce cap is permanent, so pay as you go never costs more than that.
Who actually pays the fees?
Educators only. Parents and students never see a CourseCove fee at checkout. Card processing (2.9% and 30 cents per transaction) runs through your own Stripe account, so payouts land straight in your bank on your schedule.
How much Library storage do I get, and can I add more?
Free gives you 5 GB, Studio 50 GB at $33 a month, and Academy 250 GB at $99 a month. Stack +50 GB and +250 GB add-ons whenever your library grows, and each tier carries its own streaming allowance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, with no lock-in. No phone calls and no fine print. Your data is yours to export whenever you like, and you can always drop back to a free plan and keep your Sites page.
