Frequently asked questions

Does CourseCove hold my money?

Never. Payments go through your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule. Our fee is collected separately, so your funds never pass through us.

What does it cost when I'm not earning?

Nothing, there is no monthly fee if you are on our pay as you go plan.

How do refunds work?

They follow the cancellation policy you set, per product. Full refund, partial, or a credit back to a package: Commerce applies your rules and issues the refund through your Stripe account.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, it's exactly as advertised: on pay as you go a flat 5% of what you collect, capped at $39 a month, and on Pro a flat $19 a month with 0% on sales.

Can I sell online courses too?

Yes. You can sell online courses that are one off, memberships, or with payment plans just like with anything else.

What does it mean that CourseCove is in early access?

CourseCove being in early access means we are in active development and adding new features all the time. It also means that if there is a feature you would like to see, you can simply request it and we just might add it :).
