How much storage do I get to start?
Every studio starts with 5 GB free, enough to share worksheets, reading lists, and your first videos without paying a cent. When you need more room, you upgrade a plan at a time.
What happens when I need more room?
Move up to Studio (50 GB) or Academy (250 GB), then stack +50 GB or +250 GB blocks on top whenever your library grows. You only pay for the space you actually use, and you can add or remove storage as you go.
Do my students see my whole library?
No. Students can only access materials you attach to courses, lessons, or bookings assigned to them only.
Can students download my files?
That's your call, file by file. Mark a resource view-only or downloadable, so your originals stay yours while students still get what they need.
Do my students need their own accounts?
Yes. Each student gets their own login to your student portal, where the materials and lessons you've shared are already waiting for them. Nothing arrives by email, and nobody has to keep track of a link.
What does it mean that CourseCove is in early access?
CourseCove being in early access means we are in active development and adding new features all the time. It also means that if there is a feature you would like to see, you can simply request it and we just might add it :).
